    What we give you

    Our systems behind every deal.

The same tools and buyers we use on our own deals.

    • Deals that fit

We send deals that fit your experience and your states. You can bring your own too.

    • Valuation from sold comps

Every price starts from what similar businesses actually sold for.

    • Financials worked up

P&Ls recast to SDE and adjusted EBITDA, with every add-back listed.

    • Listing, teaser and CIM drafts

Drafted in BridgeBook's format. We review every listing before it goes live.

    • NDAs and private rooms

Buyers sign an NDA before they learn a name. Each deal gets its own room.

    • Buyers and the CRM

20,000+ buyers in our network, the BridgeBook marketplace, and a CRM that tracks every buyer.

    What you do

From first call to the closing table.

You'd be the dedicated advisor on each deal you run. The owner works with you from start to finish.

    1. Meet the owner

Learn the business, the numbers and what the owner wants.

    2. Price it

Recast the financials and set an honest range from sold comps.

    3. Sign the engagement letter

The owner signs before anything goes to buyers.

    4. Ready the listing

Shape the listing, teaser and CIM. We review every listing before it goes live.

    5. Work the buyers

Qualify buyers, answer their questions and keep them moving.

    6. Take offers to an LOI

Weigh offers with the owner and negotiate the letter of intent.

    7. Run diligence

Keep documents, lenders and lawyers on schedule.

    8. Close

Get everyone to the closing table, where the seller is paid.

    Who we're looking for

Experience first, because sellers count on it.

Owners trust their advisor with what they built. So we work with people who've done this before.

    • You've led 3 or more closed sell‑side sales in the last 5 years.
    • You can run a deal from A to Z, first call to close.
    • You can work a P&L to SDE and adjusted EBITDA, add-backs included.
    • You read balance sheets, tax returns and bank statements with confidence.
    • You find buyers and keep them moving.
    • You've negotiated LOIs and run diligence.
    • You hold any license the business's state needs.

Licensing follows the state where the business is. Where a state needs a real estate license or a business broker registration, you'll need it.

    Still unsure? Write to legend@bridgebook.io.

    Is there a salary?
No. You're an independent contractor, paid only from the success fee on deals that close.
    What's the split?
It's set for each deal. We explain it on the first call and put it in writing before you start.
Do I pay anything to join?
No. There's no seat, desk, training or tech fee.
Do you send deals, or do I bring them?
Both. We send deals that fit your experience and your states, and you can bring your own.
    Do I need a license?
Licensing follows the state where the business is. Where a state needs a real estate license or a business broker registration, you'll need it.
Can I keep my current firm?
Tell us on the form, including any non-compete, and we'll talk it through.
    Who publishes the listing?
We do. We review every listing before it goes live.
    What about stock sales?
A stock sale can bring in securities rules, so a lawyer reviews it before we take it on.
I run my own firm. Can I use your services?
Yes. Choose Partner with us on the form. Send us a deal to run, or use our services on yours.
    Is this the Broker Academy?
No. The Academy is for people still learning the trade. Careers is for people who've already closed sales.
