    Why this business

A success fee is a share of what the owner built.

The owner spent years building it. The fee is paid from the sale, at closing.

On a deal BridgeBook publishes, your firm keeps a share of the commission it collects.

What you get the day you join

Everything a deal needs, ready on day one.

The course, the tools, the buyers and a live weekly call, all in one place.

    • The Broker Method

Eight modules, from the first owner call to the closing table. Every lesson is done inside the software you'll use on real deals.

    • Your own valuation link

Owners run a free valuation on your branded page. The lead lands in your portal.

    • A data room that does the chasing

Your seller's room lists what to upload, one task at a time, with where to find each file. Reminders go out without you, and every upload is read by the AI.

    • The Deal Desk

Press I have a deal. Legend answers within two business days.

    • Buyers

The BridgeBook marketplace, buy boxes matched to every listing, and Legend's own buyer network. One NDA before any buyer sees the deal.

    • The weekly Deal Lab

A live call. Bring a real deal: the numbers, the price, the buyer, the offer. Work it with Legend and the group.

    How a deal runs

Four steps. You keep the owner.

    1. You find the owner

Someone in your network is thinking about selling.

    2. They run the free valuation

On your branded link, with their own numbers.

    3. You press I have a deal

Legend reviews it and accepts or declines with a note.

    4. We run it together

Legend prices and publishes it on BridgeBook, and buyers sign the NDA before they see anything. You keep the owner relationship. On a Partner seat, Legend or a senior advisor joins your pricing call, buyer calls and negotiation.

    Who you'll work with

Learn from a broker who tells the truth.

    Legend Atty
Legend Atty has sold 53 businesses for clients as a broker. His first listing never sold, and the owner trusted him because he told the truth about the number. That's the method.

    When am I paid?
At closing, from the sale, under your engagement letter with the seller. On a deal BridgeBook publishes, your firm keeps a share of the commission it collects. We share the split when seats open. A first closing usually takes 6 to 15 months, many new brokers never close a first deal, and most businesses that list for sale don't sell.
    What does a seat cost?
We'll share pricing when seats open. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
    Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the portal. A deal you've already engaged keeps its terms through closing as long as you keep serving the seller.
What if Legend declines my deal?
He tells you why in a note. Common reasons: the business is below our minimum ($100,000 of annual profit, or about $400,000 in value), the owner's price is far from the market, or the books aren't there yet. You can bring it back when that changes.
Can I just send you an owner?
Yes, for free. The Referral Partner program pays 20 percent of the fee BridgeBook collects for an introduction. No seat, no hours.
    Do I need a license?
Some states require a real estate license to broker a business sale. If yours does, you hold it, and your sponsoring brokerage signs with us. We confirm your state on the first call.
    What does the seller pay?
A success fee set for each business, paid at closing. Legend quotes it and puts it in writing before the owner signs. Nothing extra because you're involved.
    Who publishes the listing?
Legend. He reviews and publishes every listing on bridgebook.io. You never press publish.
