    The math, plainly

You're paid when we get paid.

Twenty percent of the fee we actually collect, on a deal we would never have seen without you.

You're paid within 30 days of the fee clearing. If the deal never closes, nobody owes anybody anything.

    One introductionExample

Say you introduce an owner and we sell their business. Our fee is set for that business, and you get 20 percent of what we collect.

$2,000Your share of every $10,000 we collect
    The rules, in one block

    Five rules, no fine print.

Simple on purpose, so you always know where an introduction stands.

    1. 20 percent of the fee we collect.

Paid on the success fee BridgeBook actually receives at closing, within 30 days of collection. We pay in US dollars: by ACH in the United States, by Wise everywhere else.

    2. Seller or buyer.

Introduce the owner who sells, or the buyer who buys. Either side earns 20 percent of that deal's collected fee. If two partners introduced the two sides of one deal, each is paid in full.

    3. The person must be new to us.

If their email or phone is already in our system before your introduction, the referral doesn't qualify.

    4. Proof is your link or a registered introduction.

Your link stamps your code on the visitor's first touch and holds for 90 days. A registered introduction is valid for 12 months and counts only once the person takes an action with us: a valuation, a booked call, a seller intake, or a signed NDA. A name with no action is worth nothing.

    5. Not you, and not your own deal.

Self-referrals don't qualify, and a partner can't be a principal on the deal.

    How it works

You make the introduction. We do the rest.

    1. Sign up below

Takes one minute. You get a personal code and link immediately, by email and on screen.

    2. Introduce people two ways

Send them through your link (our valuation calculator is free and anonymous, so you're giving them something, not pitching them), or register the introduction by name here. The link holds for 90 days; a registered introduction holds for 12 months.

    3. We work the deal

Honest valuation, buyers under NDA, competing offers, managed close. You do nothing after the introduction.

    4. You get paid at close

20 percent of the collected success fee, paid within 30 days of the fee clearing. We send you the tax form to sign at that point, not before. Your statement below shows every introduction, milestone, and payout.

Built for the people owners and buyers already trust: accountants, bookkeepers, attorneys, wealth advisors, lenders, and fellow entrepreneurs. Your referrals see BridgeBook's confidentiality standard from the first click: NDA before names, always.

Free to join. No tax form to send now: we ask for it when a deal you introduced closes.

    Register an introduction

Put the name on your ledger first.

Introducing someone in person, by phone, or by email? Register them here before they reach us.

We check the name against our records the second you submit and tell you right away whether it counts. The introduction holds for 12 months and earns once they take an action with BridgeBook: a valuation, a booked call, a seller intake, a signed NDA or an offer. We don't contact the person; you make the introduction, they come to us.

    You
    The person you're introducing

Not a partner yet? Get your code first. Registering a name creates no obligation for anyone; the person decides whether to work with us.

    Your statement

    Every introduction, milestone, and payout.

Your code plus the email you registered with opens the full ledger. Nobody else can read it with the code alone.

    Straight answers

What partners ask before you start.

When exactly do I get paid?
Within 30 days of BridgeBook collecting its success fee on a closed deal you introduced. We only earn when the deal closes, and you're paid from what we actually collect.
How do you send the money?
In US dollars. US partners are paid by ACH, everyone else by Wise. You give us the details when your first deal closes, not before.
What tax form do you need, and when?
Nothing until a deal you introduced closes. Then we email you the right one to sign: a W-9 if you're a US person or company, a W-8BEN (W-8BEN-E for a company) if you're outside the US. You handle your own taxes wherever you live.
Do I need a call or any training?
No. The program is one link and one email. Everything you need is on this page and the partner help page, and you can start the day we approve you.
    How is my introduction proven?
Two ways. Your link stamps your code on the visitor's first touch and holds for 90 days. Or you register the introduction by name before the person reaches us; that holds for 12 months and counts once they take an action with us. BridgeBook's records decide.
What if they were already talking to you?
Then the referral doesn't qualify. If the person's email or phone was in our system before your introduction, the statement marks it as already in our system. We keep that rule simple on purpose.
    Can I introduce buyers too?
Yes. If the buyer you introduced closes a deal with us, you earn 20 percent of the collected fee on that deal. If someone else introduced the seller, they're paid in full too; we never split.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. The best referral is a sentence: 'Run your numbers on BridgeBook's free calculator, it's free and anonymous.' Or register the name here and make the introduction however you like.
    Is there a limit?
No cap on introductions or earnings. Introduce one person or fifty.
    What do my referrals experience?
The same standard as every BridgeBook client: an honest valuation from real sold comparables, no upfront fees, and total confidentiality. Your name is only attached on the payout side, never shown to the other party.
