We sell your business.
Start with a free valuation. We take it from there.
Shortened, read-only calculator example in five chapters. First, type E-commerce and select the matching business type. Then add your financials and answer four questions about how the business runs. Then see your estimate without sharing contact information. This fictional e-commerce business has annual revenue of $6,500,000 and annual net profit of $1,500,000. Its estimated value is $6,079,903, within a range of $4,815,750 to $6,967,500. This is not an offer. The full calculator asks additional questions. After the estimate, the optional free report asks for full name, email, and cell phone. This animation does not send a report or activate a credit. When the example report finishes, a Get my free valuation link appears beside it.

Get my free valuationA few good questions.
Is the valuation really free?
Yes. You can complete the calculator and see your estimated value range without paying or providing contact information. If you want the PDF report afterward, we ask for your name, email, and cell phone.
What does it cost to sell my business?
There is no upfront brokerage fee or retainer. Our success fee is due only when your sale closes, quoted plainly on your first call and agreed before we begin. Your free report and your first call each earn a $2,500 exit credit, $5,000 in total, and that comes off the success fee at closing. If we never sell your business, you pay $0. Optional paid advisory products are separate.
Why do you quote lower than some brokers?
Because our number is built to close, not to win your signature. We price from real sold comps and your actual financials, and we stand behind it: we sell your business, or you pay nothing.
Will people know my business is for sale?
We market your business confidentially. Buyers must sign an NDA and meet the access requirements before they receive identifying information and protected documents.
Do I have to be ready to sell to book the call?
No. It is a free 45 minute video call with your advisor. We go over your revenue, profit, and the assumptions behind your estimate, then talk through whether to sell, prepare first, or wait. You decide what comes next. Booking and attending also adds $2,500 in exit credit toward our success fee if you sell with us. Credit terms apply.
